Reviews should reflect genuine experiences with a contractor connected through the platform.

Reviews are connected, where possible, to a homeowner, contractor, and lead. Verified reviews may display a 'Verified Project' badge.

Fake reviews, spam, threats, harassment, personal information, and conflicts of interest are not permitted. Contractors may respond publicly to reviews but cannot delete unfavorable reviews.
