Contractor Agreement

This Contractor Agreement governs contractors who purchase leads on LeadForge.

Contractors agree to provide accurate business information, maintain required licenses and insurance, and comply with all applicable laws.

Lead purchases are non-refundable except as described in the Lead Refund/Credit Policy. A homeowner choosing another contractor does not automatically make a lead invalid.
